There is a noticeable failure to acknowledge hard work and dedication. Project managers' lack of essential knowledge adversely affects project outcomes and stunts employee development. This manager unfairly targets high-performing employees. Further exacerbating the challenging atmosphere is the HR department's inefficiency and lack of support. Worst adminstration by TAO🤬, Because management is similar to school management CEO is a director ,HR's are board members,manager is a principal, project manager's are class teachers, mentor's are class leaders and production engineer's are students. There are two brekes in hole shift first break (15 min) the second (Lunch)break (25 min) If you want leave take permission from class teachers, if they didn't give u must come school (office).
