Plus point is that my fellow colleges come from different cultures backgrounds,we work happily in collaboration . I also like the emplyee rehire policy here. I have a freedom to work here and the management does not interfere in my task they need only positive results.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is sluggish. Sometimes I have to work in odd hours. Managers don't have value. I never recieve any appreciation whenever we do some indispensable job.

Frankly speaking my job is challenging as have to look after the seamless operations of entire operation making 100 % availability of all types of equipment as these are the backbone of the production.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
