I was terminated because i was on leave for 3 days, reason for leave was my sickness i have full file of my sickness. I was not feeling good and i was in depression. my family informed them abt my situation but management didnt recognize and they were not ready to listen. They have only onething that i was on leave. my doctor told me to take rest. management forced me to resign. I was begging for the job but nobody came for the rescue. Instead of giving warning letter they terminated. MY CAREER: I won three awards. promoted to supervisor positions....Read More
