Work Life balance is very good in this company its not a bad company to join you can easily survive here for at least 2+ years but it depends on you , no night shifts require , you can get onsite as well but onsite are for short period of time may be 2 to 3 weeks not more than that

Less increment and projects gets over in 1 year very few long term projects are there where you can work for a longer period of time .

Depends upon the project. It's a German company looking to move major projects from Europe to India as to save money.

Same , project moving from Europe to India and employees over there are not happy about this. So even a small mistake leads to escalation and then u r put on bench and then terminated. No security.

Bad management. No recognition for good work Management steal the credit for your work and gets incentive. No proper hierarchy. Resource Managers call themselves as Program managers and dominate tech teams.

Job security due to no bench policy. Client Projects are coming slow. Promotions - based on many factors and they keep changing norms of promotions. Dry promotions happened this year.

Customers are leaving as tsystems has adopted future cloud infra. Not benign oak as well as the cost is more. Management don’t simply understand that customer don’t care if you move to fci. They only care about their services as well as the cost and billing.

I was one of the top talent there and promotion is only made based on the closeness with manager or it’s relative. No job security. Do not ever choose this company if you are planning more than 1 year

All of the major decision making positions are based out of Germany n Slovakia.. growth prospects are limited even though Indians are able to contribute more better to the strategic and growth of the organisation…

Used to be good. But yes, a lots of good things, but only from the past. Currently, I don't see anything good other than drawing salary and staying billable.

Used to be great. But after all the top level management politics, it's loosing its essence. Projects are drying out. They are not tolerating the bench period. You can get an email from HR for a meeting and they will fire you, blaming you about not having a project. Nobody knows what the sales team is doing? The good culture is slowly exiting and the toxic culture is replacing it. Teams are not to be blamed, but it's the top management level politics that ruined the company environment....Read More

I liked the company work and projects they have also the office i nfrastructure is very good. The motivation to employee and grow while working is good part they conduct overall.

Coworkers and hgher manage rnever supportive, being a single mother of 6 year old son i suffered from my seniors who is also a mother where in i always helped her in her down time. TL is also always complaining and never gave me morning shift later. Always complaining to manager even after my 100% performance and appriasals from clinet few of colleagues always complained about me and made such nose which was reason to leave this organization. At last on my last day even Finance manager pointed me about my PF related formalities so how did they treat us. but fortunatelty one of HR person helped me and my badly injured son whi had stitches on his eyebrow and made my handover and last day smooht a bit....Read More
