Being a developer, I have got many projects to work on. And I have given interview to other companies to get new projects. Any one will not be get bored, in office environment, we have very fun talks with each other as well as in Virtual discussions. You need to work individually at most of the time but you'll get help if you are not able to do the task.

Dislikes

No documentation and discussions before starting new projects. Management is very lose here, and no one does strictly follow rules because of their lack of communication with every body.

Work Details

I am Junior MERN Stack developer at SysQuo Innovation. I worked on many projects and majorly handled Nodejs projects with internal team and also from the external team of client company. You need to solve your problem on your own, as everybody is busy.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I liked one thing,i.e there is no hierarchy,I could easily pitch my ideas infront of anyone and could easily approach anyone. Communication is so easy here.
