Employee get salary on time and every employee can leave office on time. after office hour no one sits and no burden for work.

Dislikes

Poor Management, Politics, No career growth, No Job security, Worst atmosphere of the office. They watch how many times we go for washroom and out of the office

No new Projects. On same projects every employee work. Personally, I had worst experience in this company. No opportunity to learn on new skill.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
