Nepotism in terms of hiring non deserving friends who don't know basics of programming. politics in giving opportunities. one who works gets more and more work and who is not interested in work but warming seat gets more and more relaxation to do so.

They have respect to everyones time , their response to queries or any issue/concern raised is resolved in a timely manner. I have never experienced any false commitment from the senior staff so far.
