HR policy worst and they don't care how many years you service to the organization. Don't respond quickly. Internal opportunities also you need to search and they don't check. only 45 days notice.

Nothing much to like about, it is hit and miss kind of company. No unnecessary logging 8 hours a day. They do have big bank as clients, but all projects if bank need extra hands to develop some stuff.

It is mostly a body shop, hardly any good managed proects. most of the roles are T&M. Hire and fire policy, no training or upskilling. If someone is on bench for 45 days, that person will be told to leave organization.

On the name of improving work culture, they are doing micro management and making fellow colleagues as managers without any management skills and even don't provide trainings for them how to manage the resources.

Nothing much to like about a. Vompany that pretends to be a services organisation but hardly has any services. Twi people run the company and are key decisions makers. They run the company like a shop and have an effection for self love.

They hire stupid people to manage company No idea of where they are going. Business depends on contacts whi can give them business. No job security and office management is a mess. They turn of AC and lights in the evening They dont have canteen for employees working after 5 PM. Their presence is only restricted to one city, thoughthey claim to have offices in other city, but it’s equal to none or will not have any opportunity to build your career on.
