Lots of projects in Financial industry. They will give you lots of interviews in other projects if you come on bench. No need to worry about being laid off if you got skills.

Dislikes

Doesnt appreciate much for existing employees and rather gives lots of compensation for those coming from outside which tends to increase attrition.

Work Details

Current project is great and has flexible hours. Client is good and treats vendor resources good. They encourage to take holidays in between to avoid whole team being unavailable during festival season.
