Mostly work at client location as a contractor with client. They treat us differently. Depends on the client work-life balance would be there. Below points applicable to my client where I am working. During this pandemic situation. Synechron has not removed a single person. That’s really appreciated as an employee. Earlier it used to be tough.especially if you are on the bench.

Dislikes

Not really conclusive about hike and promotion only favouritism.

work culture is just like another company. no professionalism. policies are average. management supports only old employees. do not support much of new employees to the team. lot of politics in teams and no hierarchy being followed.

no new learnings, preference given to male employees. no proffessionalism. expect to work off hours and late.
