Likes

Good work culture,great leaders,amazing benefits from cab to sodexo and frequent goodies. Synchrony does a lot of community outreach,Provides equal opportunities for people with disability,veterans etc.

The only con i feel is the pay..it is very less compared to other companiea

Work Details

Work is fun..being in training interacting with multiple people,a bit too stressfull when we have batches and meetings and deadlines.Apart from that i love being a part of this syf family.i wouldnt think of another company if not for the pay😣😪

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
