The company give better salary when compared with other firms. But , in fact It is a fishing tool.

Very bad working culture. Very toxic management. Full politics in office..They will not give any training to new joiners...They assign heavy work load and give in unachievable targets. No body will help you in completing work. Everybody will blame you. The management is the creator of toxic work environment. If you give complaints against managers. No action will take. Many employees are resigned due to toxic culture and work pressure. Company is firing senior employees for reducing their salary burden and taking freshers.
