Dislikes

Bad politics regarding increment. Even after years of working management do bloody politics of KPI to drag down once sincere efforts because they only care about senior manager incentives who not even 10th passed & no bonus to new joiners. Production & design managers are 9th failed. Just running business by sweet words but no concrete improvement in terms of benefit to employees. No learning opportunities. Paying very less than industry standards. At the time of increment only bloody politics nothing else. Join if you want to spoil your career & valuable time. No appreciation to engineers, accountants & store managers even for timely & quality work....Read More

Less knowledge and experience you will get in this company, gowth is less and they are in small LLP company. So if you are fresher then you will have scope to start your career with them.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
