However, since the management changed from Duke to SWG and now Bakemate, things have taken a turn for the worse. 1) The new management seems to be struggling with running the organization effectively. Despite offering attractive packages compared to other companies, their work culture is pretty rough. It's important to note that job security is not guaranteed here. 2) once you become a part of the organization, things might not be as pleasant as they initially seem. Some people have experienced a negative work environment, where communication and treatment from higher-ups fall below expectations. 3) In fact, if someone tries to address these concerns directly, they often face immense pressure to either find another opportunity or are forced to resign.
