No Provident fund, Health Insurance facilities and need some more funds on local expenses. For 2 months notice period sometimes you can loose good opportunity.

In the begining I don't know about the product features but weekly training, helpful support team mates are help me alot to learn about the product. After doing job in this concern I increase my explority. Now many channel partners of East India knows me.

The new business head which they have hired does not know how to treat employees, uses foul & abusive language while talking to internal team members & channel partners, has zero interpersonal skills, disorganised, meetings blocked for 1 hour lasts for 5 hours he is not able to conclude on this, no respect for time.
