Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus. The company contractor's and job holder's and teammates are supportive. The management is transparent

I learnt everything on the job.i got chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within in the same time. In this company the job is quite interesting.
