Permanent WFH, Team mates are very supportive and understanding.

Dislikes

SHS. The organisation is client centric only they don't care of their employees. Till the time employee is in the organisation he/she is treated as just a worker. They just want the workers to work and do not ask or expect anything. Compensation wise never give good appraisal or compensation always give the excuses. Compensation is far too less as compared to market standards. Over all not a good company to start the career with....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
