Good office management and policies. Job secured until works are up to date. Amazing cafeteria for break. Avarage salary hike.

Career growth is less. Proper training not given for new Joinees. Lots of politics in management. We aren't suppose to highlight our issues with higher levels, if we did our work stress will be increased by respective supervisors. No transport facility.

Good job. Initially struggling, but over practice it's good. It helped my career knowledge more in different process during initiative period.

They provide training for freshers. Good working culture. They provide transportation for night shift workers

Salary . As a fresher your gross salary for Associate collection is 19000 but your Net salary 11400 only . In gross salary they include incentive also . Incompletable target for some teams , if you're on that team you won't get incentives so on that time you may feel down because of Your salary.

Team mates are good but the company posses all the legacy project which doesn't provide room for enhancing our skills as Developer. Some manager are there for their survival doesn't know basics about the technology

Dislikes

Managers should update their knowledge of the Product, Technology and must improve their Management skills and needs training on handling the client.
