Good work environment and culture. I have been working here since 5.3years, one can expect job security until and unless you are going beyond company policies. Management support completely depends on the person under whom you are working. There is no audit that happens to check whether the appraisals/Kra's are accurate as per the data. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not that expected and the career growth is really very slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no proper training. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to visit usa twice for two pilot projects.

Overall sutherland is the worst company I have worked.

Unethical behaviour of management and worst IT and HR department . It takes atleast 2 months to resolve a simple ticket. Nobody replies to emails even after escalations.

I used to love working for Sutherland and this is the best company for women. In this Covid 19 lockdown situation company stopped paying salaries for higher levels L3 and above which is ridiculous and hopeless, In this situation company should help the employees by paying the salaries not stopping them. I would say basic atleast should be paid.

I have been working for Sutherland from past 7 years, this is the best company for women. Considering the growth it is quite slow for higher levels or I can say no growth which is quite disappointing.
