Lead SQMS

The Individual is responsible for the following 

Conduct daily huddles and keep the team updated on coding clinics, and general guidelines.

Conduct daily feedback review with bottom coders and provide focused training to improve their scores.

Prepare focus audit list based on internal and external audits, and proactively arrest the issues and improve quality.

Preferred certification in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools/

Complete orientation of methodologies of quality assurance and standards is mandatory.

Respond to client logics, emails and record reviews.

Monitor acceptance rate for assigned clients and assist management in proactively detecting negative deviations.

Works diligent to meet and exceeds quality benchmark.

Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods with basic knowledge of MS Office skills and databases.

Strong team player with demonstrated track recored of success in a cross-functional team and fast moving environment.

Great attention to detail, strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Should be reliable and trustworthy resource with good negotiating skills.

Take charge of ongoing learning and development and participates in relevant training and development activities

Maintains high degree of professional and ethical standards focuses on continuous improvement in quality.

Our most successful candidate will have:

Any life science graduate (Preferable paramedical graduate)
• Certified medical coder from AAPC with active credentials
• Good communication skills to collaborate with senior stakeholders, client and team members to develop and execute QA strategies to meet and exceed departmental and corporate quality goals.
• Should possess >5 years of experience in multiple coding projects (offshore/onshore) with at least 12 months of experience at L3 level

Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements - Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
