Work life balance is really good... however they are not good at supporting in difficult times. They have kept me on unpaid Leaves.. during this pandemic.

It's not employee centric. Neither it's gud for skills upgradation.

It was great experience working with Sutherland ..i wish i could join again in Sutherland with other process... little bit disappointed by salary as salary hike is not that much what i am expected...but overall experience is good and want to make carrier in Sutherland in future...

I have started my journey as an agent and now i my an SME , wherein i have to handle floor and assistance....and last from one month I m playing a role of TM as most of the TM got transfer to pune...i hope i would have been onpaper TM...

Sutherland is great company..Definetly employees feeling secured by working here.About the salary structure very much good in puntuncality.Overall wroking in SGS is very intresting.

Dislikes

As dislike part is growth in very slow. Individual managers are not so supportive regards the strengethen of employee. Internal no motivation in our team.
