I did enjoyed working in sutherland, and i would like to work again. Fun Friday's are good. Met with best team manager and director as well.. even in pandemic they didn't fired anyone... Bad thing happened only when i got promoted to different process as WFM.

Dislikes

Just the feedback is, there should be proper training and learning phase for newly promoted agent's. My team manager made me leave Sutherland despite i was newly promoted (WFM) and no one experienced there to help me. Even Senior director and AVP throws my negative feedback to my team manager when they knew i m promoted and new to WFM... Jst these management should be good 🙂.. In this covid 19 situation company providing system to employees for W@H.

Whenever employe was not in work as well as not in part of W@H company should atlest give pay of base salary or whatever less amount they can help with employees.only the company not help for salary during the lockdown that was shocking experience only,other all things are good.
