I'm writing this review after working 1 year working in Sutherland company. It was like my nightmare being here. No job satisfaction no work life balance. No proper leaves if u take leave then u have to compensate on your off day. Pressurized working ambience and no manager employee carings. Even they didn't conduct fun Friday likewhat other MNC's do. There is no work at all ,one case 10 PPL fight for it to solve n get the count.terrible with work ,process is super easy.

Any issue which is brought to the notice of HR is just ignored not solved , transport is terrible ,driver n employees have relationship and when escalated also no action taken ,great .

From lockdown to till i didn't get any project, im facing lots of problems. I discussed,mailed, to my manager but still i didn't get proper responce and i didn't any project. I didn't get any support frankly saying.
