18 years back this was the best company to work for ... in terms of job security.. interms of growth... employee satisfaction and many people from that time have never left ... but that's not the case anymore

The company is focusing predominantly on cost cutting to increase revenue... and hence loosing employee satisfaction ...the surveys are internally driven to get good scores ... the compensation and hikes are pathetic compared to peers or standards. People who are long associated with the company have not got enuf increments.. PEOPLE WHO ARE INGROWN ARE BADLY AFFECTED and there has been no proper hikes for a long time. While managers and above have no benefits. Own teaspoon own expense of everything..Way to less than market standards and when they leave and new people come in they give a very high salary amd there after no proper hike so they leave as well.. instead they cud actually save a lot with ingrown people giving them higher increments. Even otherwise the hike and appraisal is useless which makes us think that the entire years effort is going to be just for a few 100s or peanuts only....Read More

Always succeed with tasks on time withe help of my team! The credits goes to team as well... Good manual and nice training environment with required resources... When you deliver you don't have to worry about job security. Travel is good at times there were issues but manageable... Yes there are politics... Your performance is basedon the appraisal and. Hike... I learnt new things everyday when I work and deliver... All my innovations were appreciated and implemented with out hesitation.
