If you are hired on a contractual basis like I was there is no job security at all if the process to which you are hired is unsuccessful or if there is no more requirement for so many head counts they will just as you to go home. Maybe you will be notified a 2 days or maximum a week before that to just casually they will tell you may lose your job and they will just tell you to go home. I've been working here for the past two years in SAS process at Airoli. There's lots of fevoritism and politics. You won't get any promotion or salary hike until and unless you're in manager's a$$ licker list. Even if you get, you'll have countless responsibilities for the penny hike. They just talk sweet and give fake promises whenyou reach out to them with your problems. The most pathetic thing is they make rotational shifts compulsory then deduct night transport cost from the salary, and act as if they're doing a favor. There's no job security as you'll in constant pressure of getting layed off if you don't do things as per their convenience.
