Company work culture will be good there will not any pressure untill you are in a entry level role. Your job will be secure till your are good at delivering results. Total work satisfaction will be good.

Dislikes

Once you had a vertical movements there will be lot of pressure on delivering the targets. Some time the target may be unrealistic. That will affect your work life balance as you may need to work on leave days as well. There will not be any customized skill development program.
