I just want to keep it simple. If you're a girl, join sutherland. Else don't. Internal growth, opportunities and job security all this things happens only got female employees. Being a male employee, u work here, they won't consider ur skills.. But for females, they get all benefits. Sutherland is just girl's wonderland.

Travelling for 2 hours like a long trip to kerala with 6 more people in a small car without Ac and due to that late logins will happen and that will be marked as absent is the best experience in this company proud to be part of sutherland.

Worst experience ever had. This is not a company its a parliament. Full of politics there is no career growth here. I will not suggest people to join in this company. Managers and team leads are using the employees for their own purpose and throwing them away is really unacceptable. Ashamed of myself that I have worked there. No respect.
