I liked the organisation over except the way my Team functions, In situation of COVID before lockdown, Only Provisioned Hand Sanitizer and Infrared sensors at the Entry and Exit areas! That's All. There was a big scope of things that could have been done but never done.

1. Organisation is so revenue oriented that all the values are just good to be printed on Walls. 2. Before COVID lockdown, never gave importance of implementing the Businesses Continuation Measures and post lockdown Employees were forced to utilize their leave balance or take unpaid leave ones with no leave balance. 3. Forced Employees to travel to work during lockdown to carry their Desktop systems. 4. Managers were unempathetic and kept demoralising Employees who were unable to travel to work during lockdown. 5. When I disagreed to travel as it is unsafe to travel during lockdown, I was told that we may have to consider asking you to leave as you're unproductive post lockdown. 6. Employees were forced to report to work untill 21st march and untill government officials entered office premises and forced them to leave Employees and abide to staffing norms during Pandemic Breakdown. 7. I have filed a case against Sutherland for Harrasment, Abuse, Profanity, Cyber Crime and Fraud/Scam. Case is now pending with Mumbai Police, Delhi Police, TN Police, Chief Minister Cell, Human Rights, Supreme Court and Media/Press. Do not join Sutherland.

Honestly it's a toxic work culture, the exit process was unclear and my manager and an SME they did not give clear information about exit process because they need me in the peak time but instead of communicating it that they need me in critical time my manager always tried her best to confuse me and my exit was really scarred me and still I think so many times whether I can be able find a good work place, it's a rotational shift in the night but every week ur timings get changed and also when they need u they will call u in weekoffs if u r available but I always said No, colleagues I didn't find any meaningful connections there....Read More

I stayed in Sutherland just because I had good friends and didn't want to leave them. Also it's a great place to start your career but don't be there more than a year.

Dislikes

Everything is bad. Managers are very partial. They promote the persons who are their favourites. My manager did not even like me and always targeted me because of my personal life. As I was in work from home nobody cared about me or helped me. Had a very bad experience working there.

The team meets will be very nice and caring. Company will give tickets for amusement parks or some out door activities to make you relax once every 5 to 6 months of time. If you are a fresher and want to get a decent job and gain experience in bpo sector this might be good.

Dislikes

You cannot expect this as a permanent job, even though you have performed well they might fire you anytime. Transportation will be given one way, which is also not free they will take the amount from your salary. Morning shift will be good but other timings will not be safe for us especially if you are women. Work life balance will not be great due to the shift timings provided.
