Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the managment is transperent in all aspect. There is a huhe cafeteri And gaming and touring arcade for chiling. We also enjoy the memorable events like playing indoor games along with the teammates . We also provide help for the needy people during this pendamic situation . Overall company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year....Read More

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting / struggled a bit in the begining . I learnt everything on the job during having training session. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me to get a taste of diffirent roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
