Management is so narrow minded. Taking leave is also a hard thing. Appraisal and salary growth are very low. They are not good in managing vendors and their payments. Management gives wrong growth commitments to employees. Job safety is zero here.

My experience with suryakamal family is excellent.Team is also supportive.our maximum projects are on site. But now I want stable job instead Field job.
