When I joined the company I was allocated to a pharmacy where my colleagues are experienced senior staffs. It helped me a lot to understand about not just the medicines but also skincare, nutrition, health equipments etc. I was able to clarify the doubts about almost every items in the Pharmacy. If I experienced a difficulty in clarifying , there was my colleagues who with their experience will be able to help the customer....Read More

Dislikes

The Pharmacy in which you work plays an important role. There were not just helping colleagues, there was also people whom you cannot trust so back stabbing can happen. But again only few people are like that. It depends on your luck.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
