Dislikes

Toxic work culture. Overtime works, overtime site visits where women safety not considered,no pay raise. No phones allowed. No respect for employees. Emergency situations not taken careof. Organization is making huge progress day by day, but employee progress rate is negligible. No joining letter, notice period concept not applicable no matter how much you best you give, while leaving there is big torture....Read More
