In Sukoon there is open oppertunity to work and learn about process and product.

Dislikes

Sukoon is initial growing company and there is gap in top management and its may create some dispute under employees. Working culture is not so healthy.

Company gives you lots of opportunities to learn and then use the learning on actual task. I got the chance to develop new skills while working at sukoon. I would say it is the perfect work place to work .

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
