Woking Experience was good in organisation. Learned more while working in whole tenure. Devloped Personality during work. Mentaly satisfied for job security. Company policies are good, apprasials are not as good as expected.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest water technology which is for essential of life. I feel very proud to be part of Suez. Since last two years I have been transferred to Water services & distribution business which I really loving it as it was very new for me and truly i learnt a lot.

Lack of Transparency is here. The company should be transparent with all the employee and Growth & promotion should be basis of performance only.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
