The work environment is very hard . Sometimes, I have to work without any compensation , due to this growth is slow.Managing directorates are not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. No appreciation emails from the to p management or from direct bosses to motivate the staff. Lately time there is no on-job training which is slow down welling to work....Read More
