The company is looking to be in latest trace of technology. I'm happy that I am a one of a team working in this company, high experiences staff, well trained engineers and we have a global vision to the future.work-life balance is not so good as a result, I get to look for anther opportunities abroad.I also like the employee re-hire police for batter carrier .

Dislikes

The work environment is very hard . Sometimes, I have to work without any compensation , due to this growth is slow.Managing directorates are not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. No appreciation emails from the top management or from direct bosses to motivate the staff. Lately time there is no on-job training which is slow down welling to work....Read More

1-prepration of project studies considerable effort and time which are need correct parameter for design purpose. 2- compensation is not decent but growth is slow . 3-the work pressure is very high, external and internal training is very weak almost nonexistent despite of the great work has been don 4-the working environment wasnot good 5-major shortage of engineer and technicians work 6- there is no link between bodies and institution working in the same field....Read More
