My time at Subex has been incredibly frustrating. The management is entirely out of touch, with people in leadership roles lacking any technical or managerial competence. It’s clear that those in charge think they can control employees simply because they offer a salary, which is frankly far below what the work demands. There’s no opportunity for growth or development, as employees are constantly assigned meaningless tasks that do nothing to advance their skills. The so-called “guidance” from management is uninformed and often irrelevant, making it clear they have no understanding of the work being done. To make matters worse, there are no performance reviews or appraisals, leaving employees stuck in a perpetual state of stagnation.
