Nothing, lot's of discrimination. Don't join unless you are selected directly from college. Laterals and contract people are treated very badly, managers are very biased. Do not join this company if you want to grow in your career w.r.t compensation or technology.

Zero growth unless you are from SET batch.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
