Dislikes

Management level is very bad, they are doing micromanagement and politics with their team members. No respect no values your work When you exit before your notice period, they will ask for salary to give them.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
