I like the culture and recognition one would get here. Hence joined back as a manager again. You will have a lot of freedom, but you have to earn it. One can learn a lot of things in terms of telecom domain knowledge. The company has potential to become a major player in telecom service domain.

Dislikes

Company culture is not good. Skill gap is very huge in the workforce, many technical people have nearly no technical expertise that creates a cascading effect. Pay and promotion is much lower than market standards.
