Women in this office are worst kind of creatures in this world. They were directly dropped down by to ruin mens life by false se*ual allegations. How can your women be so cheap to co-operate with Managers and plan to fire a male employee under false POSH Act? In my case the se*ual allegations were made from FOUR colleagues. Can you imagine Four females from single office claiming false allegations on your just to fire you. That happened in my case. Those allegations were false if they were true they would have approached police but didn't because they don't have enough evidence. They don't have enough evidence because the things that they wrote and submitted like a coward to managers never happened. Someone who boot-licks manager and got into this job through recommendation has more value than hard working employee here. Glad I got out of this asap. And the amount which you deducted in my salary under false training cost is your worth....Read More

Management Bias If you gr hired via conection it's well and good if you get hired from your hard work it's waste If you are from Kerala they will be good to you No promotion No hike No incentive They hire saying it will be easy and good and will give you hike in 6 months and incentives and all but they have inside rules. Basically you won't get anything There is no work life balance
