One of the major issue is that you will not get salary on time, not even a single month. They will make you cry to get the salary, also you will not get the appraisal according to their promised date neither you will get bonus which they mentioned in their offer letter. Policies and management are significantly lacking in efficiency. You might become aware of these shortcomings upon joining the office, as they aren't clearly outlined in the offer letter. Pathetic job place salary delayed by months never on time always giving excuses on mail or on face. Working over time some times for over night for few days. Too much work load less employee.
