Salary is good, appraisal are also provided, they take you to trips as well. Training is also very informative.

Even if the salary ,appraisal are good and sometime they take you on trips as well but this won’t be able to compensate your disturbed mental health to work extra hours daily due to extreme work pressure.once in a while 1-2 hour extra in need is understandable but if you are expected to work everyday 1-2 hours extra after your log out time then this will effect your health both physical and mental. Logging out at my shift time rarely happened mostly use to logout after 1-2 hours after the shift only. Rarely 2-3 hour extra too. So yeah with all the benefits salary appraisal trips instead if every employee is able to logout at the log out shift time that would count a good work culture not the other extras additional benefits. I would rather go with the company with no additional benefits and peace at work and allow me to log in and log out at mentioned time. So if anyone willing to join this company good part is salary, appraisal’s , trips. Bad part is - 10-12 hours of work DAILY and extreme work pressure. about manager - depend to whom you are allotted but mine was very controlling and use to give personal remarks and taunts....Read More
