1. The domain knowledge content & its application is huge 2. Friendly colleagues 3. Management is supportive of employee company culture so good work life balance

1. Salary revision is not fixed yearly 2. Top management i.e. principals is not supportive in quick decision making 3. Easy work culture is wrongly benefitted by some other employees which ultimately leads to low morale for other employees.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
