yes, good environment and good team also. i learned many skills in this office. manager also good teching, meeting was good.

break hours is too bad. even salary also bad, if fresher means we provided 9500, atleast 11,500 is good salary for freshers,

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
