Dislikes

It is good company to work. However, the renumeration is slightly less than the market value. If they can address it, it helps both employers and employees.

Work Details

Everything is fine except the renumeration. I am unpaid and the pay gap is high.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
