Very bad and stressful work culture. Bad higher management Working like servants to American clients, need to work on weekends, holidays and even on sick leaves to make clients happy. No work life balance, they will keep you under the stress and lots of micromanagement. Rude and unprofessional behaviour by higher management.

1)Less learning curve 2)No cloud exposure 3)Less projects most of project are at poc after some months the project will be closed. 4)At the max you can expect 9% hike mostly it would be 5% whatever you perform. 5)Very Big data science team with less projects.

Hybrid or WFH is not provided for valid reason but provided to her pets. No respect for previous experience and amateurs who are in organization are given preference. HR gives zero preference to employee benefits and sides with the toxic manager.
