If you just want to get paid for doing nothing its the best company.

Dislikes

Worst management. No work life balance ( they pressurise to work on sunday as well ) no sat off No compensatory off No promotion No bonus or incentives Not even the salary is being paid as per salary slip

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
