This company is for truly workaholic persons. Professional environment. I like the best thing that if you deliver your best, you will continue longer period of time with salary hike & promotion.

Nothing at all! This place is horrible and the management is chaos.

The higher management is worst part of this company The top management is the worst and pretty awful, including the director, accounts manager, and operations manager. They’re all very egoistic and rude, with no idea how to treat employees. They say mean things almost every day, like "Why are you even here?" or "You should be doing a low-level job." They act nice during interviews, but once you join and start working, they’ll have you sign a bond and trap you for a year. They’ll overwork you, and there’s no work-life balance. They have strict office timings, you need to arrive on time, but they won’t let you leave on time. Official working hours are 9:30 to 6:30, but you’ll often be stuck till at least 8 PM. There are no employee benefits, and the pay is very low. No PF, insurance, incentives, or bonuses. They give you a long, complicated terms and conditions document, and it's written poorly. The accounts manager is extremely rude, loud, and unprofessional. He spends his time talking to his family on speakerphone, causing a lot of disturbances. The office space is tiny and shabby, and they give you targets. If you don’t meet them, they put a lot of mental pressure on you. Plus, with the bond, you’re pretty much stuck at the company.
