Good, though I struggled lot in the early beginning time specially for staff quality but slowly slowly with formal staff training I overcome all those difficulties.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
